She was predeceased by: her spouse Rubert "Sam" Stewart; her parents, Samuel Wesley Lee and Maude Guthrie Lee Anthony; and her siblings, Norma Lee Andrews, Garland "Billy" Lee, Walter Wayne Lee, Delma Eugene Lee, Samuel Jackson Lee, Thomas Elmer Lee and Donald Ray Lee.

She is survived by: her daughters, Toni Hensley, Donna Bader and Karen Hamilton (Cory); her grandchildren, Alanna Yates (Joe), Autumn Stewart and Avery Hamilton; and her great grandchildren, Joey Yates and Harper Yates. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to AuthoraCare Collective Hospice, 918 Chapel Hill Road Burlington, NC 27215 or to Straight Way Baptist Church, 2556 Pitt Road Elon, NC 27244.
