He was predeceased by: his parents, William Parrish and Ann Cates Parrish. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Parrish; his children, Tyler, Kaylee and Karringtyn Parrish; his brothers, Tommy Parrish (Yvonne) and Billy Parrish (Teresa); and his uncles, Terry and Jerry Parrish.
In lieu of flowers, accounts have been set up at the State Employees Credit Union on behalf of each child or a donation to Hospice of Alamance/Caswell or to St. Jude's Children Hospital would honor his memory.
