He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wiley Albert Clark and Christine Penland Denton; his wife Susan "Sue" Foote Clark; his sons, Daniel Clark and James Clark (Laura); his grandchildren, Andrew, Mathew, Caleb and Michael; his sisters, Sandra Finger (Louis) of Raleigh and Lyn Brandenburg (Dennis) of Wake Forrest; his grandchildren, Payton Clark and Daniel Robert Clark Jr.; and his sister Annette Fulcher. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
