She was predeceased by: her parents, John Foster Turnbull Matson and Marian Kirton Matson. She is survived by: her husband Walter Thomas "Butch" England; her sons, John Thomas England (Amy) of Efland and Joseph James England (Tiffany) of Graham; and her sister Elizabeth Anne Baskill of England.

I lieu of flowers donations may be made to St Andrews Episcopal Church, 1004 E. St., Haw River, NC 27258.
