She was predeceased by: her parents, Ross Wood and Ava Johnson Wood; and her husband Marvin E. Stout. She is survived by: her sons, Marvin Eugene "Gene" Stout, Jr. and William Jesse "Bill" Stout (Becky) of Graham. She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
