It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Mae Bumpass of Graham, North Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Sander Jones and Anna Swann Jones; her siblings, Jim Jones, Johnny Jones, Bill Jones, Walter Lee Jones, Charles Jones, Mary Fannie Curry, Mable Alston and Bessie Lee Ackerman; and her stepsons, Randy Wesley Bumpass and Elarnzy Van-Ness Bumpass.

She is survived by: her husband Charlie David Bumpass; her daughters, Beverly Ann Brunette (Floyd Jr.) and Starlene Jones; her stepdaughter Danielle Pier (Jerry); and her grandchildren, April Coiner (Raymond), Tanya Burnette (Samantha) and Shelley Hamlett.
