She is survived by: her sons, Rex Fields of Goldsboro and Jeff Fields (Jennifer) of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Brittany Fryrear (Chris), J. T. Fields (Amber Purdue), Jackson Fields, Addison Fields and Morgan Fields; her siblings, Libby Hooks (Mike), Woodrow Stevens (Sally), Charles Stevens, Jerry Stevens (Joyce) and Wilson Stevens (Michelle); and her sister-in-law Janie Stevens.
