He is survived by: his son Joseph Harper (Arielle); his grandsons, Hyrum Harper and Jasper Harper; and his brothers, Keith Harper and Mike Harper. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1000 11th St, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
