She is survived by: her father Jerry Lainhart; her daughters, Patricia Thornton of Erlanger, KY, Hillary Horn and Kayla Horn of Richmond, KY; her sisters, Alice Denise Humphreys (Mason) of Richmond, KY, Angela Rhodus (Steve) of Richmond, KY and Jerrielyn Newland (Glen) of Richmond, KY; her grandsons, Andrew Horn, Johnathan Horn, DJ Thornton and Maverick Thornton; and her in-laws, Libby Harris (Donald) of Panama City, FL, Howard Horn of Richmond, KY, Patrick Horn (Annie) of Lake Luzerne, NY, Donna Horn of Richmond, KY and Ginny Cruse (Dewayne) of Richmond, KY. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
