She was predeceased by: her parents, O'Neal Combs and Lonie Radford Combs; her husband Milton Head; her children, Deborah Barley and Bobby Head; and her brothers, Billy Ray Combs and William "Bud" Combs.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Head (Pam) and Jerry Head (Debbie); her daughter-in-law Patricia Head of Aiken, SC; her sisters-in-law, Frances Combs, Lily Rose Combs and Betty Lou Combs; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Head (Dana), Jennifer Hines (Brogden), Monica Troquille, Christina Penny (Brian), Melissa Johnson (Jay), Chad Head, Joseph Barley (Jennifer) and Susie Barley; and her pet Prissy. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made to Liberty Pentecostal Holiness Church, 206 Country Day Road, Goldsboro, NC 27530 in her honor.
