He was predeceased by: his parents, John William Best and Clara Fields Best. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Burden Best; his children, John Sherman Best, Danny Ray Best and Cassandra Best; and his grandchildren, Kayla Best, Dantrell Best, Christopher Little, D'onna Best, Javon Wooten and Joiel SIlver. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
