He was predeceased by: his parents, Jobie Warrick and Winnie Glisson Warrick; his wife Bernice Louise Herring Warrick; his son Leonard Grady; his siblings, Eddie Warrick, Brenda Roach and Judy Rhodes; and his son-in-law Kenneth Ray Warrick.
He is survived by: his children, Danny Grady (Mary Ann) of Goldsboro, Robert Barley (Denise) of Goldsboro, Tina Warrick of Goldsboro and Sheila Cordell of Goldsboro; his brothers, Joseph Warrick of Smithfield, George Head of Snow Hill and Robert Warrick of Goldsboro; his grandchildren, Chris, Micheal (Stephanie Grady), Brandon (Tami) and Amanda; and his pet Boo. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
