He is survived by: his sister-in-law Donna Cotton Mills; his nieces, Pamela Jean Mills Evans (John Oliver) and Donnarie Mills Hales (Allen); his nephew Daniel Stewart; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Clayton Stewart, Reagan Hales, Madeline Stewart and Benton Hales; his stepmother Nannie Cotton Mills; his stepsisters, Julie Whitfield, DeAnne Best and Melinda Carlton; his pet CoCo; and his close friends, Manuel Jesús Cajun, Teresa and Nick Rose. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins.
