He is survived by: his father Elliot Milliken; his wife Leticia Milliken; his children, Nicole Rossman (Shane) and Brandon Milliken; his grandchildren, Sean Jackson, Naomi Rossman and Mason Rossman; and his sisters, Donna, Carol, Laura and Teresa Cahill.
