She was predeceased by: her parents, David Jonathan Kearney and Rilla Butts Kearney; her husband Billy Ray Wells; and her siblings, Eliza Kearney Sykes and Richard Kearney.

She is survived by: her brother Larry Kearney (Peggy); and her sister-in-law Patricia Wells. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
