Thigpen; her spouse Luther Clemons; her children, Nelson Jenkins (Shelia) of Snow Hill, Lyvonne Davis, Husband Mickey of Goldsboro, Wanda Powell (Brent) of Goldsboro and Renee Coty of Goldsboro; her stepdaughters, Angie Howell of Smithfield, Smithfield Lilly of Smithfield and Cherish Lilly (Sammie) of Smithfield; and her siblings, Bernie Thigpen (May) of Kinston, Butch Thigpen (Lisa) of Kinston and Doris Hoffman of Snow Hill. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
