It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leroy Locklair of Goldsboro, North Carolina, born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on December 10, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Levone Locklair and Effie Lee Whitfield Locklair. He is survived by: his daughter Agretta Locklair Scott (Joseph Napoleon) of Browns Summitt, NC. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
