He is survived by: his children, Nichole Mozingo (Mike Shearin), Matthew Mozingo (Jennifer) and Mark Mozingo (Lindzy); his grandchildren, Casey Spaugh (Kaleb), Zoe Shearin, Katelyn Franks, Meredith Mozingo, Mia Mozingo and Madilyn Mozingo; and his great grandchild Lew Spaugh.
