She was predeceased by: her father Harold Eugene Allen; and her sister Debra Jean Allen. She is survived by: her mother Hilda Moore Allen of Goldsboro; her husband Grover Allen Smith, Jr.; her son Jordan Allen Smith (Sam); her sister Donna R. Allen; and her caregiver Brandy.
