Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Julius Elbert leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Terry and Virginia Acree Barrow. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Terry-Horan and Stephen R. Terry (Vanise); and his grandchildren, Owen, Ian, Olivia and Asher.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Elbert's memory to the Veterans Residential Services of Wilson, 2500 Nash Street, Suite B, Wilson, NC 27896.
