He was predeceased by: his parent Bailey Francis Shingleton. He is survived by: his mother Ella Louise Edwards (Don) of Goldsboro; his daughter Victoria Shingleton of Wilmington; his grandson Jose Bonilla of Wilmington; and his siblings, Larry Shingleton (Pauline) of Pikeville, Cathy Merritt of Goldsboro, Betty Mailing (Paul) of Little River, SC, Penny Harris of Kinston and Tony Shingleton of Pikeville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
