He is survived by: his wife Ann M. McCullen; his children, Sheila A. Massey (Kenneth) and Clark McCullen; his granddaughters, Tina Sticklen (C. J. Tynch) and Beth Magnus (Josh); his great grandchildren, James Sticklen and Elizabeth Sticklen; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Shawn Sticklen and Virginia Tynch.
