It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Daniel Lethco (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Marion, Virginia, who passed away on November 9, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Lonnie Kegley Sigmon; his uncle Jay; and his aunt Mabel. He is survived by: his father David Lethco; his wife Shanna Newman Lethco; his daughter Logan Lethco; his parents-in-law, Mike and Kathy Newman; his stepfather Steve Sigmon; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Fremont Missionary Baptist Church (300 E Carolina St, Fremont, NC 27830).
