We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2024, at the age of 83, James Phillip Altman (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Mullins, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Mae Lyles Altman Stowe; and his stepfather A. J. Stowe.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 26th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery (164 Longs Plant Farm Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534).
