He is survived by: his mother Edna Earl Lewis; his son Jimmy; the mother of his children Edna Lewis; his sisters, Peggy Wallace (Robert) and Lynn Smith (Jimmy); his niece Heather Crumpler; and his great-nephew Luke Crumpler.
