It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Marie Woodward of Goldsboro, North Carolina, born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on February 26, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Davis and Alice Womble Davis; and her siblings, Leroy "Bo", Eunice, Fay and Carolyn.
She is survived by: her husband William "Woody" Woodward; her children, Debra Christian (Eddie), Renee Curell (Billy), Donna Baer, Hardy Gurley (Cathy Jo), Cathy Woodward (Chris) and Sandy Brannan (Steve); her grandchildren, Ashley (Scott), Erica (Scott), Kelly (Matt), Jessica, Michael, Joshua, Kevin, Alison (Tyler), Benjamin (Robin), Sarah, Jody and Holly (Caleb); and her great grandchildren, Caleb, Natalie, Ashton, Alex, Hailey, Michaela and Hazel.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like that memorials be directed to The Belize Mission Trip at Stoney Creek Church.
