She is survived by: her husband Albert Levy of Goldsboro; her children, William Thomas "Buddy" Holland (Trudy) of Fremont, Kayti Williams (Tim) of Princeton, Linda Turnage (Keith) of Richmond, Donald Ray Hayes of Goldsboro, Randy Earl Hayes (Jessica) of Palm Coast and Trisha Johnson (Devonte) of Frederick, Maryland; and her sister Annie Ward of Pikeville. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren.
