He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Sutton Bizzell of Goldsboro and Rose V. Peterson of St. Petersburg, Florida.. He is survived by: his wife Leora Johnson Bizzell; his children, Jim Gillikin (Trish), Pam Bizzell Burnette (Neil) and David Paul Bizzell (Adrienne); and his grandchildren, Jamie G. Cooper (Ashley), Jessica G. Nietschmann (Adam), Kelly Head Lancaster (Justin), Danielle G. Kennedy (Joseph), Joshua A. Gandy and Devin Elliott. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
