We are sad to announce that on December 19, 2023, at the age of 83, Fay Devonne Peterson of Goldsboro, North Carolina, born in Minot, North Dakota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Freeman Peterson and Angeline Peterson; and his wife Carol. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Peterson Rose, Brad Peterson, Fawn P. Scott (Eric) and George Key; his friend Flossie M. Lang; his brother Tom Peterson (Margaret); his grandchildren, Tony Grimes, Mary Rae, Eric Scott, Jr. (Carissa), Martin Rose, II, Lexi Park, Matthew Scott and Cristopher Key; his great grandchildren, Beryl and Finnick; his nieces, Mary Ann Sadler and Wanda Haynes; and his nephew Freeman Peterson. He is also survived by four great nieces and nephews.
