He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lucas and Addie Lucas; his wife Connie Lynn Lucas; his sisters, Lissie Lucas and Elsie Barnes; and his siblings-in-law, Patsy and Edwin Braswell.
He is survived by: his sons, Steve Lucas (Leigha), Jamie Lucas (Amanda), Scott Lucas and Corey Lucas (Kathryn); his grandchildren, Sawyer, Ashley, Addison, Andrew, Robert, Laura, Jarred, Stevie and Olivia; and his siblings, Charlie Lucas, Alice Jenkins and Teresa Lucas.
