He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Ham and Bessie Corbett Ham; and his siblings, Roger Ham, James Ham (Jean) and Elizabeth Mewborn (Joseph).
He is survived by: his wife Anne Price Ham; his daughters, Tracy Adams (Stan) and Donna Lewis (Chad); his grandchildren, Drew Grady (Cassie), Jackson Grady, Abigail Lewis and Lexton Lewis; his great grandchild Madilyn Irene "Madi" Grady; his brother Ron Ham (Linda); and his sister-in-law Sandra Ham.
