It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Diane Mozingo Thompson (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carter Mozingo and Dixie Worrell Mozingo; her husband Leonard Lee Thompson, Jr.; and her granddaughter Madison Mozingo. She is survived by: her son Danny Mozingo (Angela) of LaGrange; her grandchildren, Zack Mozingo (Mikayla) and Megan Mozingo; and her siblings, Dollie Moore, Debbie Grady and Roger Barwick. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews she loved.
