She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luby and Christine Powell; her husband Tony Medlin; her sons, Tim Medlin (Holly) of Snow Hill, NC and Chad Medlin (Scarlet) of Elm City, NC; her sisters, Joyce Sutton (Gregg), Peggy McLawhorn and Debbie Dixon (Oscar); and her grandchildren, Chandler Harris, Mary Helen Medlin, Cam Medlin, Anna Katherine Medlin, Charlotte Medlin and Caroline Medlin.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seymour Funeral Home (1300 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
