He was predeceased by: his father Charles Roque Jackson; and his brother Charles R. Jackson Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice Jackson of Goldsboro; his wife Julia Jackson; his daughter Beverly Jackson; his stepdaughters, Ashley Hill and Sylvia Lewis; his siblings, Gary Jackson (Crystal), Deborah Jackson (Henry Newton) and Reverend Kenneth Jackson (Terrie); his sister-in-law Gail Jackson; and his mother-in-law Nancy DeCatur. He is also survived by six step-grandchildren.
