She is survived by: her mother Sandra Creech Worrell of Goldsboro; her significant other David Weeks, Jr.; her sons, Ken and Daniel; her brother Chris Creech (Teresa); her nephew Luke; her stepmother Tania Weeks; her grandmother Faye Weeks; her uncle Rayburn; her aunts, Donna Uzzell and Kathy Creech Paige (Ron); her stepbrothers, Brian Mendell (Susan) and Mark Mendell (Angie); and also, Billy Worrell, Anthony Weeks (Shannon) and Jerry Worrell (Shirley).
In lieu of flowers, Cindy would have wanted her life remembered by giving to youth ministries at Bethel Fellowship Church, c/o Jackie Overbee, 106 Muirfield Place, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
