Cheryl Denise left this world on December 20, 2024 at the age of 64, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delwin Pete Engles and Mary Louise McMillan Cunningham; and her sister Marlene Daughtry. She is survived by: her husband Jack Watson; her son Joseph Aromando (Lauren); her stepfather Jim Cunningham; and her siblings, Lori Weaver, Karen Cooper, Regina Harmon and Mike Engles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews she loved.

Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the First Church (1100 The First Church Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
