He is survived by: his wife Jackie Taylor Eady; his children, Brian King (Ginger) of Alabama and Lisa Eady of Colorado; his mother Catherine Mae Hinkle; his siblings, Gary Eady (Maire), Kevin Eady, Charlene McClendon and Charmon Welton; his nephew C. J. Welton; and his son Charles T. Eady, Jr.. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
