We are sad to announce that on September 26, 2023, at the age of 98, Cecil K. Francisco (Goldsboro, North Carolina), born in Halifax, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph King and Mary Jude Francisco; and his siblings, Anita Elliott, Avis Jones and Al Francisco of South Boston, VA..
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Francisco (Lib); his son Joe Francisco (Becky) of Clayton, NC; and his granddaughters, Brooke Cason (Tyler) of Smithfield, NC and Brianna Francisco of Clayton, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
