He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Radford Dail and Gurney Edward Dail of Goldsboro; his siblings, Lloyd, Roy, Clifton Dail, Desiree Lipscomb, Irene Collier, Betty Evans and Clarice Smith; and also, Paul and Kathleen Worrell.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Worrell Dail; his children, Wendy Dail Potter (Ron) and Brandon K. Dail (Amanda); his sister Lillie Rose Combs; his siblings-in-law, Paul H. Worrell (Mary) and Kathy Worrell Coor (Mike) of Goldsboro; and his grandchildren, Jordan Dail (Katie), Evan Potter, Owen Potter and Shelby Craft.
