It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Dawson of Goldsboro, North Carolina, born in Wayne County, North Carolina, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barry Head and Beulah Chase Head; her husband Bobby Gene Dawson, Sr.; and her siblings, Gladys Mason, Thelma Davis, Joyce Newcomb, Linwood Head, Pete Head and Milton Head.
She is survived by: her son Gene Dawson (Kim); and her grandsons, Jacob Dawson (Peyton) and Christian Dawson (Sydney Edmundson).
