She was predeceased by: her husband James Harold Herring, Sr.; her parents, Preston Sutton and Pearl Sutton; and her siblings, Sherwood Sutton, Ellen Mae Sutton Smith, Hattie Pearl Sutton Isler and James Ivey Sutton.
She is survived by: her son James Harold Herring, Jr. (Bev); her grandson James "Jamie" Frederick Herring of Fort Worth, TX; her great grandchildren, Annabelle, Andrew Herring, Sophia, Symphony and Georgie PreJean; and also James "Jim" Harold Herring, III (Samantha).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:45 PM at the Grange First Free Will Baptist Church (802 S Caswell St, La Grange, NC 28551). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in Ms. Annie Ruth's memory to La Grange First Free Will Baptist Church, 802 S. Caswell Street, La Grange, NC 28551.
