He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan L. Jenkins and Alma Christine Hall Jenkins; and his brother Dan "Danny" Jenkins. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Clay Jenkins (Emily) of Goldsboro and Lisa Peveler (Michael "Mike") of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lauren Jenkins, Christopher Michael Peveler, Kayla Marie Peveler and Jeremey Matthew Peveler; and his great grandchildren, Lilly Mae Peveler, Trenton Michael and Reinlee Renee Peveler.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Howell Funeral Home & Crematory (1500 Wayne Memorial Dr, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Wayne Memorial Park (2925 US-117, Dudley, NC 28333).
