William Jones Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William Jones of Gold Hill, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2020, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hazel, Charles Jones and Betty Moretz; and his aunt Charlene Walker. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Jones and Lisa Jones of Rockwell, NC; his daughters, Ivy, Lily and Lilly Jones; and his brother Andy Jones (Stacey) of Raleigh, NC. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family is receiving visitors at 507 Carolina Ave., Rockwell, NC, and a memorial service will be planned for a later date, due to COVID-19.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations in Willie's name to the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention, AFSP-North Carolina Chapter, 8311 Brier Creek Pkwy.

“I am so sorry for your loss. I would have done this sooner but I am going through grief of my own. This is one of my favorite pictures of willie, it shows his eyes. Willie was a great man and a fantastic friend. When I found out I had cancer again he was one of the people that kept texting me to see how I was and making sure I smiled to keep my spirits up. I will miss him and his music. I will keep his Beautiful little girls and your family in my prayers. God bless you with strength and faith.”
