She was predeceased by: her parents, John Alfred Morris and Eva Odessa Earnhardt Morris. She is survived by: her husband Brad Barringer; her sons, Mark Barringer (Anitra) of Richfield, NC, Matt Barringer (Sarah) of Gold Hill, NC and John Barringer (Shanda) of Gold Hill, NC; her grandchildren, Coley Barringer, Zachary Barringer, Gunnar Barringer (Kelsey), Mattie Eudy (Wyatt), Karlie Grice (Zach) and Gage Barringer; her great grandchildren, Avery Barringer, Briar Barringer, Griffin Grice and Parks Eudy; and her sisters, Nellie Little, Julia Williams and Shirley Williams (Truman).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hartsell Funeral Home - Albemarle (522 N 2nd St, Albemarle, NC 28001). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Matton's Grove Methodist Church (24732 Matton Grove Church Rd, Gold Hill, NC 28071).
