He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Snyder and Eva Williams Snyder; his former wife Arlene Metzger Jerome; and his son Mark Jerome. He is survived by: his wife Rosa Flowe Manning Jerome; his son Michael Jerome of Charlotte, NC; and his stepchildren, Bryan H. McCuller of Las Cruces, NM, Steven D. McCuller of Gold Hill, NC and Pamela J. McCuller of Indian Trail, NC..
