He was predeceased by: his siblings, Theo Clyde Troutman, Jr., Dewey Troutman, Hoover Troutman, Evelyn T. Remeta, Margie T. Hill and Rachel Troutman; his grandson Taylor Andrew Troutman; and his stepgranddaughter Lori Terrell.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Lowder Troutman (Jean); his sister Gladys T. Eagle; his children, Robert Andrew Troutman of Silverthorne, Colorado, Elaine T. Duffell, Denise T. Blackwelder (Fred) and Arlene T. Conger (Lyn) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Amanda Blackwelder Parris (Justin), Jacob Lyn Conger of Philadelphia and Joshua Bond Conger (Anna Jenkins) of Charlotte; and his stepgrandson Michael Lee David of Huntington Beach, California..
Due to the on going COVID 19 outbreak, it is asked that all attendees wear facial coverings and observe social distancing recommendations.
