He was predeceased by: his parents, David Johnson Sr. and Barbra Johnson; and his former wife Donna Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Denise Michelle Johnson of Gold Hill, NC; his children, Daniel Johnson, Brett Simmons (Tiernay), Terry Simmons (Theresa), Christopher Simmons, Hope Hudson and Lee Greenelsh; and his brothers, Lee Johnson, David Johnson (Meida) and Richard Johnson. He is also survived by 26 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild on the way; and 8 fur-babies.
