He was predeceased by: his father Maurice Edison Eagle, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Diane Janette Eagle; his children, Lisa Haskell (Henry) of Charleston, SC, Maurice "Reece" E. Eagle III (Melissa) of Gold Hill, NC and Nancy Hamilton (Daniel) of Rockwell, NC; his brother Kenneth Michael Eagle (Lynn) of Gold Hill, NC; his grandchildren, Morgan Haskell Johnson (Eric), Justice Hamilton, Nathaniel Hamilton, Grace Eagle, Anna Eagle and Alex Eagle; and his great grandchildren, Zoe and EJ Johnson.
