He is survived by: his father Donald Belik (Cathy) of Gastonia; his daughter Praylee Jean Belik; his sisters, Mary Anna Brown of Concord and Elizabeth Belik of Gold Hill; his nieces, Savannah Belik, Madison Leach and Kimberly Burleson; and his nephew Trey Leach.
