He is survived by: his wife Alice Oakley Billingsley; his granddaughters, Renee Rowland (Jason) of Salisbury, Tonya Yelton (Brad) of Gold Hill and Stacey Billingsley (Jarrett) of Rockwell; his great grandchildren, Sonya, Caleb Rowland, Cody, Austin Yelton, Eric, Garret Williams, Malaki and Lexi Beane; his sister Gracie Warren; and his nephews, Danny Bolick and David Ryals.
